Corday earned her Master of Arts in Licensed Professional Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. With four years of counseling experience in a non-profit setting, she has worked with a diverse range of clients, providing both individual and group therapy tailored to their specific needs. Her experience includes working with adolescents and adults from various cultural backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses, addressing issues such as grief, trauma, generalized anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, and a wide array of behavioral concerns.
Corday's counseling approach is integrative and holistic, incorporating techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She is also deeply rooted in Person-Centered Therapy, emphasizing the importance of client education about their diagnosis and the counseling process.
