Good Faith Estimate

At Blossom Family Therapy, we prioritize transparency and clarity regarding the cost of your care. In compliance with the No Surprises Act, we provide a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) to all clients, ensuring you are informed about the expected charges for our therapy services before you start your treatment.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

A Good Faith Estimate outlines the anticipated costs of your therapy sessions and any associated services. This estimate is provided to give you a clear understanding of your financial commitment and to help you plan accordingly. The GFE includes:

  • Description of Services: A detailed list of the services you will receive.

  • Estimated Costs: The expected charges for each service.

  • Payment Options: Information on payment methods and available financial arrangements.

  • Additional Costs: Potential extra charges that may arise during your treatment.

Your Rights

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy of your GFE for reference.
